Jayne Russell is a self-representing Artist living & working in the inspiring and beautiful Welsh county of Carmarthenshire. Jayne was born in Sparkhill, Birmingham in 1966 and narrowly missed being named after the entire world cup winning squad of that year - had she been born a boy it would have been a different story! Jayne moved to Wales when she was 18 and now considers herself Welsh on residency rules. The stone built cottage that she shares with her husband, two dogs and a cat also doubles as her Art studio where she produces all her work. It is very near to the coastal village of Llansteffan with it's castle and situated on the Tawe estuary, provides the subject of many of her paintings. Jayne’s
